Abrar Ul Haq

Abrar-ul-Haq was born as Abrar-ul-Haq Kahloon on 21 July 1968) is a Pakistani pop, bhangra, folk singer and Politician. He is also the President of Youth Wing of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. On his first album ""Billo De Ghar"" his name appears as simply ""Abrar"". Before becoming a singer, he was a geography teacher at the Aitchison College in Lahore.He is Chairman of Youth Parliament of Pakistan. . After his first album, “Billo De Ghar” Abrar Ul Haq became an instant hit across the country. The Title song of Abrar Ul Haq’s first album, i.e., “Billo De Ghar” reached Bollwood too and was featured in movies. Right from the beginning Abrar Ul Haq was projected as an extremely talented artist who held great potential. Abrar Ul Haq is one of Punjab’s greatest assets in the modern age music field..Abrar-ul-haq’s latest album “naara sadha ishq aey” came out in March 2007. Other than music Abrar-ul-haq also founded a charitable organization SAHARA which is an abbreviation of “Services Aimed at Health and Awakening in Remote Areas”. Its aim is to promote health and education in remote areas. Abrar-ul-haq also founded a hospital named “sugra shafi medical complex” in Narowal. In December 2011 it was reported that Abrar ul Haq had joined the Pakistani political party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
