Her orientation with music started at the age of 4. she lent her voice as a playback singer for the National Award winning film ‘Antardhan’ directed by late Tapan Sinha. Shreya is the granddaughter of late Suvo Guhathakurta,[1] founder of two of the Rabindrasangeet institutions is Kolkata - Gitabitan & Dakshinee.
